It's A Wonderful Life....

For almost three weeks now, I am officially Brooke Cushman! We have had so much fun! The wedding(s) could not have been better! My family and Jordan's did such a good job at making it all happen. It was fun to share it with Emily and Colton, and begin our lives together as married couples!
It has been really fun and funny adjusting to marriage and everything that comes along with it. Like I told my family when I first met Jordan, he makesme laugh and smile more than I ever knew was possible! I am so lucky to be married to him!
Here is a recap of the past three weeks....
Emily and Colton got married on the 17th in the Bountiful temple, me and Jordan were married on the 18th in the Salt Lake temple and had our reception that night. After that, we were off to Vegas, then to California where we left onour week cruise to Mexico, where we had the time of our lives! I wish we were still there! After our honeymoon, we stopped in Vegas and spent some time with Jordan's family who was still in town, then the next day we were able to go to the sealing of Jordan's grandpa and Arlene, who have been married for I think they said 7 years, and now were able to get sealed!! We then went to the annual Ross/Muir/Parry post Christmas party, which always is so fun! And now, me and Jordan are back in our little apartment in Orem, just LOVING life!

When I get pictures back from the Weddings, I will post those, but here are some pictures that I do have.....
Me and Brittney, and our matching gifts!
Me and my new sister in laws!

Just Married!! Our Luncheon....
Jordan's mom put on our luncheon, and it turned out so good! Thank you Lisa and Cushman family!

On our way to California!

All aboard!

There was a honeymooners party our second night on the ship, I made Jordan go..... It was in this room called the Dragons Lair, there is a dance floor, and tables were you can sit and get drinks. I also made him go there on romance night, and let me tell you, it was pretty funny. Whenever we'd go in there, it was usually us, and one other couple. On romance night, there was a couple there probably in there mid 50's. And boy were they getting romantic. It was pretty funny, but pretty disgusting!

The third night on the ship, for the nights entertainment was a marriage gameshow, where 4 couples were going to be chosen to participate. The moment I heard of this, I told Jordan, we WILL get on that! They chose one couple who'd been married 50 years, 2 in between, and then they were going to choose 1 newly wed couple, who'd been married less than a year. Sl they asked any newly weds to come to the stage, and the audience would pick. There were probably 8 couples on stage, and the cruise director said, "Ok, now, I want you all to ive each other the most passionate kiss on the count of three, 1, 2, 3." So, we went for it, and who do you think the audience chose..... That is right, US! I always knew we were good kissers! But they asked us a bunch of questions, which we did pretty good, I would say we took 2nd place, but the couple who'd been married 50 years won. (A bottle of wine, yipee!) One of the questions they asked me was my nickname for Jordan, which is Monkey, so for the remainder of the cruise, everyone referred to Jordan as monkey. So cute.

Welcome to Cabo!

Look how strong Jordan is!....
Also, on a side note, so I am often asked what my race is, I don't even think I look that dark, but on a weekly basis I am asked ateast once my race. Ok, so we are in Mexico, and everyone is pretty dark, the MC of this beach we were at was trying to get Jordan to do this push up contest, and to get his attention he said, "Hey you, in the sunglasses and plaid shorts, sitting with that brown girl....." Yep, even in Mexico I am still referred to as the "brown girl".

One thing I liked about Mazatlan...... Mango on a stick! Yum!
Senior Frogs

Our las stop, and my favorite, Puerto Vallarta!
Here, we did a zip line, which was so much fun! I would recommend it!
Jordan in action!

This was a picture when we were walking on a boardwalk along the beach, and these people were making a nativity scene with the sand. It was pretty cool!
Merry Christmas!

Waiting to leave the ship....
Our adventure has just begun!
