Pleasant

Dateline, getting up at 11, shopping, a movie, and dinner.
Weekends like this I love.

And I love who I get to spend them with.

Disney World

Disney World {Disney Land} is one of my favorite places, and favorite vacations.
There was no way I was going to Orlando and not going to Disney World.
So even though the Cushman family didn't join us in this part of the trip,
that sweet husband of mine took just me and him.

Disney World is magical, and we had the greatest day ever.

 Disney makes everything perfect!
All the rides are so magical, the characters, the decorations and atmosphere.
I love it all!
And while some hate It's a Small World, I happen to love it.
 The Parade.
 Winnie the Pooh.
 I couldn't leave him behind.
Funnel Cake.

Disney World was one of my favorite parts of our Orlando trip.
I could have spent days there enjoying all of the different parks.

I love it.

Melts my heart.

As we were out riding Ben's scooter tonight:
Ben: "Brooke, I am going to save all of my money in my
money bank so I can come to California to see you."
Brooke:"Well I better go get my extra change for you then!"

(but him asking if I would snuggle with him is a close second!)

Love, love.

I vow to help you love life, to always hold you with tenderness,
and to have the patience that love demands.
To speak when words are needed, and to share the silence when they are not;
and to live within the warmth of your heart, and always call it home.
I vow to fiercely love you, in all of your forms, now and forever
I vow to love you, and no matter what challenges might carry us apart,
we will always find a way back to each other.

I promise to never forget, that this is a once in a lifetime love.

Our Second Anniversary

Today is Jordan and I's second anniversary.
He is the cutest and best husband in the entire world!
I am not sure if he knew what is was getting himself into when we got married,
but I think he is just as happy as I am!

We've had lots of changes this last year,
and are having so many fun adventures together!

I am excited for year three, and hoping for even more fun to come!

I love Jordan, and love being married to him.
It is really the best!

being married

We spent our night watching Friends and Seinfield re-runs, and ate beef stew.

While doing this Jordan and I looked at eachother and laughed.
Nothing could seem more old fashioned than this, beef stew and re-runs.

Some may find boring, but times like this I love.

I told Jordan I was glad to be married to him.
Thinking I said, "I'm glad you're my best bud",
(not sure how that translated to that)
he replied, "You're my best bud too."

We then ended the night some some pinkberry.

It was a simple night, but just the kind I {love}.

Valentines 2011

Happy Valentines!

I hope you all had a great Valentines!
My sweet dad is always so nice to think of us on Valentines day.
(The flowers courtesy of him)
I had an EMERGENCY monday morning,
and had to go up to my parents
But it gave me a good excuse to see them all and go play with Ben!
That (emergency) changed up Jordan and I's plans a bit,
but we still had a fun night!
We were able to keep our Valentines traditions,
and we had a lovely evening at home!
Jordan is the greatest husband out there!
And boy do I love him!

Lucked Out

I love Jordan.
He makes me happy,
he makes me laugh,
and I am pretty sure he would do anything for me.
There have been times in my life where I didn't think I would
ever get to the point I am now.
And I didn't ever think I would be this happy.
Ya, if you think I
am emotional now,
you should have seen
me then! Talk
about a wreck!
Jordan, I love you.

Love.

Isn't it great to be in love?

I love that I hate Jordan's late nights at school,
(though I can not WAIT till there's no more!)
I love that I don't have to sleep alone,
I love that on weekends Jordan and I get to spend all day together,
and the list goes on......

They other night on our way home from our friends wedding,
I asked if Jordan would take our redbox movie back.....
(we had 2 cars cause we both came straight from work.)

To my surprise, he walks through the door with this,
and Letters to Juliet, I loved that movie. :)

What a sweetie.

He must love me too.

Fact vs. Fiction

It is a FACT, I love him.
He is adorable, sweet, hilarious, and I wish I could convince him to sing in sacrament meeting.
(I personally think he is really good)
I could never love anyone more than this sweet face.

But is it bad that I have a fictional crush on this guy?......

Chuck Bass.
Gotta love him.
At first glance, yes, Nate Archibald is what I may call, "dreamy"..
But there is something about Chuck that catches my eye.

What would Monday nights be without Chuck Bass on TV, and Jordan next to me tolerating this fetish....
Thanks Jordan, and don't worry, I still love you the most!

......

Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired.
I could never get tired of loving him.....
...... and lucky for us our love is extraordinary!

Oh Sweet Jordan....

I complain to Jordan ALOT about school. Not only that I dislike my schooling, but his as well. I wish I enjoyed school, I really do, but it is just not my favorite thing. I do try, though much of the time my efforts aren't shown through my grades. I am happy about a C, where Jordan most of the time accepts nothing but an A for himself. I wish I had his motivation and determination when it came to school, but it happens to be a trait I lack I guess.... Well, Jordan has been pretty busy lately. From school, to work, to interns, marking club, and future interships. He warns me when it is going to be a busy week, or late night so I can prepare myself, and not have him come home to me crying because I miss him (which happens way too often; my emotions are a bit haywire lately.) Well, I want Jordan to know as much as I hate his school, I am so grateful for it, and for him! He is the hardest worker I know, and I know all of his hard work and dedication will pay off. I am so glad I married someone who is so dedicated to succeed, and not just "get by". I love him, and he is a great husband, and always makes time for me, or brings me treats on his way home. I love Jordan, and am SO lucky to have married him!

Look at this face, how could you not love him.

Love is great!

I hope everyone had a great Valentines Day! Mine was great! Sadly, the pictures I took were without my memory card in my camera, so I cant post them. But me and Jordan started the day off with going to the Provo temple. It was my first time back sense we were married, and it was great. Thankfully all the workers at the temple are always so nice and helpful, and Jordan helped me right along. After that we went and shared some chicken nuggets at Chick-fil-a, and walked around the mall a bit till our movie started. Then we met our friends Jeremiah and Amy, who are recently engaged, for a movie, Valentines Day, which I LOVED! These are my favorite kinds of movies, ones that are cute, sometimes predictable, and don't take a lot of thought! It was great! Then after the movie we all went and got Tai food, which was delicious as well. This weekend me and Jordan were also celebrating our 1 year mark of dating! Amy and Jeramiah were with us when we met on our California trip, so we thought it would be fun to spend the day with them again. Mine and Jordan's first date was also on the day before Valentines day, and we got Tai food. Jordan had lost a bet and in result, had to buy me dinner. So even though it was kind of a forced date by me, I knew he secretly loved me and was dying to buy me dinner. Who'd have thought that one year later we'd be married! (Actually, deep down I knew it, I think Jordan did too!) Jordan also got me some pretty flowers and a comfy robe that I have been wanting for months! I love him, and am glad I get to be with him forever!

Sunday we woke up and made breakfast, before our two o'clock church. Then after church we had a great dinner, and Jordan agree'd to watch Mama Mia with me. Thanks Jordan for such a great Valentines Day weekend! I hope you all had a great weekend as well! :)

I love Jordan.
And I love being married.
