YUM!

So I have taken Emily's request, and now I don't have much else to blog about but my cooking, but these two dinners were two of the most delicious dinners I have made I think! So we'll start with my first one......
Sticky Finger Salad: (tasted just like Wingers, boy was it good!)
2 thawed chicken breasts (or however may you want to make, for two I might make 3, I think Jordan would have liked more chicken)
Sour Cream
Bread Crumbs

Franks Hot Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Brown Sugar

Salad Ingredients (whatever you want on your salad)

Ranch Dressing

Slice the chicken brests into strips, then roll in sour cream, then in bread crumbs.
Bake chicken at 400 for 30 minutes.
On stove boil 2 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup of the vinega, and 1/3 cup of franks hot sauce. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly till it boils. Let boil one minute and remove from heat.

Prepare your salad. Once chicken is cooked, dip in sauce and place on salad.

Drizzle with ranch dressing and a little of the sauce. Enjoy!

My Second Recipe....

Lemon Chicken Pesto Sandwiches
3 chicken Breasts
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Lemon pepper
Garlic Salt

4 Tbs. Pesto
3/4 Cup Mayo

Bacon
Sour Dough Bread
Avacado
Provolone Cheese
Romane Lettuce

Marinate chicken in first 4 ingredients for 3 or more hours.

Mix Together Pesto and Mayo

Slice Marinated chicken and cook on stove in remaining oil mixture.

Toast Bread, spread with pesto mayo on both slices of bread. Place on romane lettuce, chicken, bacon, cheese then avacado. Serve warm, and enjoy as I did!

(I got this recipe from cucinafamiglia.blogspot.com, they have good recipes!)
