Much to post.....

Happy Easter, Again!
Here is sweet Jordan and his Easter Basket and tie the Easter Bunny left him!
Isn't he adorable?!?
Jordan and I after conference.

So, the other night I was a little sad that Jordan was getting home late.
When he got home, he brought me these.....
Tulips!
My favorite. I can't wait for the tulip festival again this year! I am
sure Jordan can't wait as well!
I love Jordan! (Oh, and don't mind the cup/vase, it's all I had!) He knows just how to cheer me up!

Next...
I saw this recipe for this cake, and thought it looked like a good idea to
make.....
Turns out, it was!

Recipe:
1 white cake mix
1 8 oz. cool whip
1 cup powder sugar
1 cream cheese
1 package strawberries
1 strawberry Danish Desert
1 3/4 cup water

Make cake mix.
Mix together cool whip, cream cheese, and powder sugar.
Boil water in sauce pan, then add Danish Desert. Once disolved, add
strawberries. Let cool.
Once cake is cooled, top with whipped topping, then strawberry topping.
Enjoy!

Jordan and I are ward missionaries in our ward. We are in charge of
visiting the less active members, and becoming there friend.
Here was our attempt, and my attempt at being creative!

It says, Sorry to just POP in! We're thinking of you!
(I made caramel popcorn.)

Also, I made some recipes this week I quite enjoyed.....

Recipe #1 - BBQ Chicken

2 chicken breasts
Montreal Steak Seasoning
bacon
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
BBQ sauce

Sprinkle chicken breasts with Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides
and bake in skillet

While chicken is cooking, fry up bacon and chop.

On the cooked chicken, spread a layer of BBQ sauce. Then layer with bacon and cheese. Cover with lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
When serving layer with chopped green onion.

Recipe #2 - Crockpot Chicken
2 chicken breast
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg. dry Italian mix
1 cream cheese
1 cream of chicken soup

Put chicken, butter, italian seasoning in slow cooker on low for 6 hours. When ready to serve add cream cheese and soup. Stir in until creamy. Serve over rice.
(Unless you have this freakish fear of rice like me, I had a baked potato, Jordan had rice!)

Recipe #3 - Lasagna Soup

1lb Italian Sausage
1 chopped onion
2 cans corn
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 zucchini diced
5 cups water
shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Hambuger Helper Lasagna Mix

Brown Sausage with onion. Add water, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and Lasagna mix powder.
Bring to boil, then turn down heat to low. 10 minutes before serving, add noodles and zucchini.
(I also added about a cup of bow-tie noodles)
We had this one with Garlic bread and a Caesar Salad!

Sorry for no pictures with these, but they are all worth making! And pretty simple!

And last but not least, this past weekend Jordan, Me, Emily and Colton got to speak in the young women's in my parents ward about temple marriage. Jordan's cute sister Kaylie and her lover Johnathon came and slept over with us as well! My family were all living it up in St. George, so the six of us had the home to ourselves. It was so much fun to spend time with all of them, I wish we did that more often!

Also, these two (Kaylie and Jonathon)

Will be married here....

this summer! I can't wait!
