Jordan and I went to the Atlanta Falcons game!
It was their first game, and also a pre season game, but so much fun!
Neither of us had ever been to a NFL game before, and was a goal of both of ours!
I tend to get distracted at things like this, there are way to many strange people to not people watch! But it was sooooo much fun! I loved it!
The Falcons played the Cheifs, and won!!!!!
Our next goal............ Colts game, next fall!
(Peyton Manning warms my heart!)
Who wants to come?
Don't mind my greasy face, it was a long walk to the Georgia Dome, and quite humid!
We also had the greatest seats! (Thanks to me) Row 9!
The big Falcon was picking on the little one.
Getting a treat at half time.
We were super close!
It was a very fun game, and I can't wait till we can go again!
So we got home friday night at like 130ish and went to bed about 230ish.
Saturday was Kaylie's Open house in Georgia, so everyone had been helping to get ready for it!
Friday, Conner asks if Jordan will drive him to Charolette, NC to a soccer tournament Saturday morning (approx. 3 and a half hours away) .
We said we would knowing it would help everyone out!
So Saturday, we get up at 5, and get ready for our trek to Charolette!
Due to timing, we could only stay for one and a half of his games.
Here is the little sweet Conner playing some soccer!
Jordand and I also decided to see what kind of eatery they had here.
We found about 4 diners, drive-in's and dives here, so we just picked one, and this is what we see when we pull up!
Probably the most ghetto place in Charolette!
It was greasy and delicious none the less.
I think they live by this guy coming here!
(again, don't mind my greasyness, no time for a shower this day, and this stop did not help the situation)
Yum. Jordan got the BBQ chicken, which was what was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The waiter guy told us there was a couple chairs inside, so to come on in. I wish I'd have taken a picture of the ghettoness in there. There were two stools on this silver cart looking thing. It was a bit funny and a bit scary! But the food was great!
After half of Conners second game we headed back to the Cushman residence for the Open house. Pictures to come soon......
