Sunday Dinner.

I sometimes struggle coming up with what to make for dinner.
Yesterday, I called my sweet brother Ryan to see how his week was going, and ask for an idea for sunday dinner. He and my mother said.......
Lasagna.
Very simple,very delicious:
Box Lasagna noodles
Grated chedder cheese, and mozzerella cheese
Parmasean cheese. (I used the powder kind, as well as grated)
2 jars Prego Sauce. (I used one chunky vegetable, and one tomato garlic)
1 can diced tomatoes
Ground hamburger w/onion
Brown meat with onion. Then add Prego sauce and diced tomatoes. (Then I sprinkled some parmesean cheese in sauce.) Also added about a cup of water to sauce to help cook noodles. Once heated, put small amount of sauce, (enough to cover bottom of dish) in your baking dish. Layer lasagna noodles (uncooked), 1/2 of sauce, both parmesean cheeses, then shredded chedder and mozzerella cheese. Repeat so there are two layers.
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
Served with cesaer salad and fresh made garlic bread!

Delish! :)
Thanks mom and Ryan for the idea!
It turned out great!
