Party in the City

Google's Holiday Party 2012.

 

 Google is the best when it comes to parties and celebrating.  We are so lucky Jordan has such a great job, and one that he loves. Google has been so good to us, and so have all the people Jordan works with.   It was a great celebration to end the year at Google.

Jordan went to Rio

While Jordan was in Brazil for work, he got to visit Rio.

I imagine Rio to be like in the movie, colorful and pretty!  And from the looks of it, it was just that.

A little jealous.

Google Doodle

Jordan went to Utah on Tuesday, without me, meaning another night alone.

#Ihatenightslikethat.

He went to dinner with my family, and had lots of fun.

He told me how crazy Ben still is, and just how cute Quinn is,

making me just that more excited to see them all in a few weeks!

Jordan went there for work to present the winner of the Google Doodle contest.

End of Quarter

Last weekend Jordan's team at Google celebrated the end of the quarter

with dinner in San Francisco.

I love when I get invited to these celebrations.

We ate at Andalu.
It was so much fun, Jordan's co-workers are all so nice.

I've got to try to get in tight with these people so the next

10 day trip to Brazil they take, I can get invited to come too!

10 long days

For the past 10 days, my sweet husband has been in

BRAZIL!

Jordan works with the Latin America team at Google, and they just had a 

conference in Brazil for the past week and a half.

Jordan served his LDS Mission in Sau Paulo, 

which just happens to be where his conference was.

He was so excited to be going back!

While I am so happy he got to go, 

I was not so happy to be home by myself for those 10 days.

It was brutal! And a very long week!

But now he is home, I am happy, and no longer have to be a single wife here.

And the little sweetie got me some gifts. 

:)

 One of the last few days he was there we were talking, and I really started to lose it.

Being the sweet one he is, and to stop my crying, he sent these lovely tulips.

Mmmm. :)

Then brought me home some sandals to match him.

I sure am glad that boy is home safe and sound!

And I hope this never has to happen again. 

 Next time around I will go with him.

The Lengend Lives On

Cirque Du Soleil's

Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour 

came to Oakland last week.

Google treated all their employee's (and guest) to a wonderful night of this show.

After work I rushed as fast and safely as I could to Oakland.

{which wasn't to fast at all seeming what should have taken 45 minutes, took me almost 2 hours}

And I met Jordan there just in time!

I had never been to a Cirque Du Soleil show before and was very impressed.

Plus, Michael Jackson songs are the greatest!

 {I am not quite sure the problem here.}

 Thanks Google for a fun night,

and for getting me as close to a Michael Jackson concert as I am going to get.
