My sweet cousin Candice got married last weekend in the Logan temple. Her and Brent are just adorable, and I am very happy for them!
Congratulations!
Sadly, Jordan and Matt couldn't make it. Dang work! But it was still a very fun day with the family.
My parents are the cutest.
And I couldn't not put this sweet picture on here.
Ben knows how to take a picture!
Recipe #2:
So I like Spaghetti, I just don't like the noodles. I have a problem with spilling whenever I eat. It really is a serious problem, you can ask Jordan. So, I decided I was going to make some baked spagghetti. This was my attpemt to be on the next food network star, and here is the result of my made up recipe. It turned out to be like a mixture of lasagna and spaghetti, and I must say, I was impressed with the result!
Brown italian sausage with a onion and chopped green pepper.
Spaghetti Sauce:
1large can of tomato juice
1 can crushed red tomatoes
Spagghetti Sauce packet
Add meat with the Spaghetti Sauce.
Melt half cube of butter. Add Butter to 2 whipped eggs and 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese.
Bake noodles al la dente, then pour egg mixture on noodles, mix well.
(I used a bag of noodles with shell noodles, the curly kind, and penne noodles.)

Pour small amount of sauce on bottom of a casserol pan, layer with noodles, top noodles with ricatta cheese, then 1/2 spagghetti sauce, then grated mozzerela cheese. Layer one more time.
Bake at 350 covered for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
Ben's cute!
